Dan L. Jonson. Dan L. Jonson has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Solution Technology International, Inc. since January 1997. Prior to launching STI, initially as a professional services company and subsequently to build and market the SurSITE® product for reinsurance administration, Mr. Jonson served between 1987 and 1996 as Senior Vice President of Strategic Business Development of AVEMCO Corporation, a publicly traded niche insurance company specialized in aviation, marine, and collateral protection for banks and the WINS software for the property & casualty insurance market through its fully owned subsidiary The Wheatley Group Ltd. Between 1980 and 1987, Mr. Jonson served as Vice President of Underwriting of AVEMCO Insurance Company.

Mr. Jonson’s expertise in the insurance and reinsurance industry was developed over more than thirty years in various industry positions, with the Skandia Group in Stockholm, Sweden, Extended Reinsurance Group in New York and the AVEMCO Group based in Frederick, Maryland. As a member of an internationally acclaimed reinsurance team at the Skandia Group, he was responsible for underwriting, marketing and business development for the North American, Far East and Pacific Rim markets. During his tenure, the unit became one of the more visible and most profitable divisions of the entire Skandia Group.

In 1978, Prudential Insurance Company of America and Metropolitan Life Insurance Company offered Mr. Jonson the opportunity to join the Extended Reinsurance Group in New York – a large capacity specialty reinsurance entity established together with six other life companies. Mr. Jonson’s extensive domain knowledge and experience in worldwide insurance and reinsurance, development of insurance products including expert underwriting and rating methodologies, trend analysis tools and supporting software solutions from concept to deployment became the catalyst to launch STI and in building the SurSITE® software product.

Michael H. Pollack. Michael H. Pollack, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, has over nineteen years of experience in public accounting and consulting to over 100 publicly traded and 250 private companies. He also has vast knowledge of capital financing, debt refinancing, strategic repositioning, development restructuring, and private placement offerings. Michael’s specialties include reverse merger transactions and the initial registration process for the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Michael has been a director in regional firms specializing in the development and growth of their SEC practice. He has directed various SEC engagements as well as financial service engagements, and has been utilized as an outsourced CFO for a number of small public companies.

Michael has audited as well as prepared audits in accordance with the standards established by the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board, and has prepared numerous market and financial feasibility studies that directly led to the raising of 1.5 billion dollars in financing.

Michael graduated from the University of Maryland with a Bachelors of Arts in Economics. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, as well as licensed to practice in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York and Maryland.

Mark D. Spaeth. Mark Spaeth is the Company’s Chief Technology Officer. Prior to joining STI, Mark served as Chief Strategy Officer for a Chicago based consultancy for 5 years where he lead the company to develop packaged services through the implementation of robust delivery methodologies. During the last 20 years, Mark has worked primarily in technology based roles including Chief Technology Officer and Software Architect across a wide variety of industries including manufacturing, healthcare, finance and insurance.

Recently, Mark has been consulting with large manufacturers to improve supply chain processes and realize large scale recoveries. He is actively involved in the areas of economic theory and cryptography, and is writing a book about his experiences with enterprise application development and best practices. Spaeth lives in the northwest Chicago area with his wife and daughter.

Krishna K. Natarajan. Krishna Natarajan has been serving as Program Manager & Application Architect. He is an experienced system and application designer and is the Company’s Program Manager and Chief Architect on the SurSITE® project with seven years experience in the insurance and reinsurance sector. Krishna has been associated with STI since the original prototype was built in Hyderabad, India.

Krishna is a graduate from the Madurai Kamaraj University, TN, India with an M.B.A., and Bachelors of Science in Information Systems from the University of Bharathidasan, Trichy, India. Krishna has been the recipient of several Indian awards in recognition of his accomplishments in software development.
