The quote related workflow is organized around the concept of Work Desks which correspond to standard roles within the business. SurSITE® and DirectINSURE® application users access functions at Work Desks based on the work role they have assumed when logging on to the system. A single user might be able to access multiple Work Desks, depending on how the client has organized the internal workflow and what the company’s policies are.
